Enjoyable week with our friends at 89 North / Chroma exhibiting at the biophysical society meeting in New Orleans. We showed the Crest Spinning Disk with the powerful 89 North LDI light source alongside the OptoTIRF configured with a 50um fibre and Cairn MultiMode LaserBank. We also showed the L-SPI lightsheet, OptoSplit Bypass and TwinCam amongst other toys.
A new HexaSplit (6 channel, 2 camera) set up for QDots was presented by Neil Kad’s group and stimulated interest in various multichannel configurations for wavelength and polarisation. We even found time to take promotional shots for our Alligator Luminescence Incubator.
