In some instances it is useful to monitor long-term luminescence signals over cell populations with very precise environmental control. To achieve this we can provide systems based on the New Brunswick Galaxy 170 R incubator. We adapt the incubator to add a top camera port and anti-mist high NA optics for imaging from one to six 96-well plates. In addition we fully light seal the chamber so that it can be used for luminescence in a standard laboratory environment.

This fantastic new system offers the capacity for high-throughput collection over time scales that vary from seconds to weeks, without sacrificing the quality of the data collected. The flexible and sensitive environmental control gives us the ability to do experiments which would simply not be possible otherwise.”
