Hi, We have the Optopatch (optical headstage, true current clamp, track-in RC measurement) and we are trying to import the recorded traces into a program that asks for the scaling factor (gain used when recording). I used the 0.5 gain in the front panel (gain knob) and considering that the headstage has a gain of 10, I am wondering what would the scaling factor be in Volts/pA? I am trying to get answer to this, but more importantly, I want to know how to calculate the gain based on a basic output that the setup has in V/pA. Thank you!
