The WinFluor Strathclyde Imaging Software package is a suite of programs for acquiring and analysing fluorescence images from confocal or camera-based systems.

Despite being free of charge it is extremely powerful for applications requiring precise and rapid timing.  It works in conjunction with a multi-function control board from National Instrument which acts as a timing hub, making it ideal for synchronising imaging with electrophysiology.  Cairn can provide pre-installed systems based on this package and have designed tailored hardware options to suit.
