Cairn offers a range of light guide couplings to fit all popular fluorescence microscopes. These components can interface either to the microscope's built-in epicondenser, or, in many instances, directly into the filter cube module. More sophisticated versions offer dual input ports (typically for combining flash photolysis and epifluoresence) and independent field apertures.

Standard Couplings

The table below shows the extensive range that we have avilable "off-the-shelf", and covers the more recent models from Nikon, Olympus, Zeiss and Leica. If you are having trouble finding what you need then please contact our sales department; the numbering system is inevitably quite complicated because there are so many possible itterations. If a coupling is not currently available for your microscope then we will design one for you.
