Field Selection
Illumination aperture controllers can be fitted onto any of our range of microscope couplings to allow circular apertures of down to 10um to be independently defined for each input.

Typically this allows selective photolysis of a defined section of the sample whilst simultaneously recording fluorescence from the entire field of view, but can also be fitted into fluorescence light paths if required.
