Following the success of our OptoLED dual LED illumination system we have introduced the lite version. The lite is a low cost single illumination source for single epi-fluorescence illumination or brightfield. Although not fitted with a photodiode for near perfect stability it still performs highly and offers the user the benefits of vibration free 'shuttering' due to its ability to switch on and off in the micro-second region.

We are pleased to announce that the 3-way version of our popular Optosplit image splitter is now available. A full datasheet will be produced shortly, but in the meantime please contact our Sales Department for further details or quotations. For those of you not familiar with image splitting technology this new device allows three wavelengths of light to be simultaneously imaged onto different bands of a single CCD camera chip. Typically this could be used for imaging three fluorphores simultaneously or for imaging two fluorophores in conjunction with a brightfield image.
